STR1: “Hi Be and K,
I’ll see you at the gym tomorrow from 8a-12nn for the presentation of the STR1 proposals. Please be on time. The poster judging was completed today and we’ll find out the results tomorrow, during the program.
Finalists are required to present their proposals via a 5-min presentation and answer some questions during the short Q&A to follow. Everyone must be ready to present. If you want, we can use your oral defense powerpoint presentations so you don’t have to work on a new one. If you want to change your presentations, send me the new one before 6am tomorrow.
